Can anyone, who actually owns one of these 30 or 22 rd mags, confirm if they can be disassembled for cleaning/maintenance? If so, how? I've seen replacement springs for 30 round ProMags, so I assume they can be.

No not really I owned some maybe 10yrs ago and these mags are basically bonded or glued together, some of the most horribly made magazines I have ever seen in my 40yrs of shooting, they never worked properly if at all. And If you did take it apart you would probably have to glue them back together. Even Promags would be better and thats saying a lot. I don't shoot this gun anymore so other than Pro Mag I do not know of any other brand for it sorry. Stay safe.
