Brad, you can buy them separately if you can find them, and if you can find it they're expensive. Around $250 for the red laser and $450 for the green one. So if you plan on getting one anyways you'll save bundling. They also have a laser that attaches to the trigger guard from lasermax. Hope this helps.

I own 2 of these handguns and you can see one of my overly long ranting reviews for this item, yes I rant when bored :P But yes you can though only 3rd party as Ruger does not make a laser grip for the LCR etc. Go to these sites: https://www.hogueinc.com/laser-enhanced-le-grips/ruger-lcr or https://www.crimsontrace.com/products/laser-sights/lasergrips/lg-415-lasergrips-for-ruger-lcr-lcrx/01-4330.html https://www.lasermax.com/cf-lcr.html which makes under barrel lasers for Ruger. I personally only use the Hogue and the CT both work fine. But my LCR's are basically range toys tho I do use one sometimes for a pocket holster carry when I don't carry my usual .40's. The laser grips are mostly just a cool mod for me but you can go defensive no problem both grips are reliable and accurate. Stay safe
