The Gun itself IS NJ compliant but the 4-13rd magazines are not, you could order this and have buds pull the banned magazines l, but they will not replace them with state compliant 10rders l, so you would only get the gun 1-10rd mag, the bugout bag, and the med kit. Or you can buy the state compliant version that only comes with 10rd magazines, but you won't get the bugout bag and the med kit. Andre, yes, without the 4-13 round magazines this is legal in new jersey. This comes with one 10 round magazine and four 13 round magazines, the 10 round magazine is obviously fine but you would be loosing the four 13 round magazines because buds won't replace them. If still interested just add it to your cart and during checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazines. Hope this helps.
