Roy, yes sir, these are safe to shoot 9mm +p ammunition threw. Bonds arms approves their 9mm barrels for +p ammo. Hope this helps.

Roy, yes Sir but, in this short a barrel you will not see a big improvement in velocity. +P loads need at least 4 inches of barrel to burn all the powder. You are only going to get higher recoil, muzzle blast, degraded speed on that 2nd shot and all for far less fps gain than most folks think. The fps increase on +P is measured from a specific barrel length and the shorter the barrel is from that control length, the actual speed increase drops like a dead pigeon per inch less of barrel length from the barrel length where the +P was tested/rated by the manufacturer.
