That's because Buds put a picture up of this equipped with a scope. Using the UPC provided I found this model does NOT come with a scope.

Joel, Buds often uses the incorrect stock photo so just do a search on the UPC code when in doubt to find package information. Cheers and stay safe!

Joel, this does not include a scope and unfortunately buds must of forget to state scope not included in the description. If you ever want more information on anything you can Google the upc 682146119749, buds always lists the upc and that will give you more details/photos. Hope this helps.
