Robert, GLOCK 20 SF (Short Frame). The GLOCK 20 SF combines the SF (Short Frame) design with the powerful 10 mm Auto cartridge making the frame more comfortable and significantly enhancing controllability and accuracy. So the frame on the SF is smaller thats the only difference. Hope this helps.
Robert, the Slide is identical with the SF *Short Frame* has less girth in this full size platform for a better grip on the thinner hand grip. Cheers and stay safe!
The 20 SF is a Gen 3 model w/ single recoil spring. The SF has a reduced length grip. The 20 Gen4 uses the exact same dimension grip as the SF. The Gen4 has the extra checkering on the grip and uses the newer dual recoil spring assembly and includes back straps to make the grip bigger.
