Sorry Buds seems to be wonking out and can't edit my answer. But yes and know the older ones did but the newer ones are polymer and or wood. As the model number you gave is pretty vague. Juventino, yes, the American tactical imports 1911-22lr you mentioned does come with walnut wood Double Diamond Pattern grips like in the picture. Hope this helps.
