Ron, you can purchase long guns out of state, so rifles and shotguns. For pistols no, your license/ID state address has to match the state your purchasing the Pistol. So if you want a long gun yes, handgun no. Hope this helps.

Ron, you can purchase a long gun and walk out with it. You can purchase a handgun, but it must be shipped to a FFL in your home state for transfer. Have a great day!

Ron, by federal law, only long guns (Rifles, shotguns etc) can be purchased across State lines. Handguns must be purchased/shipped to your State of residence. Cheers and stay safe!
