Just put one on layaway and then decided to check. It seems that in 2017 the State Police (they do the background here) were stopping transfers pending review. This was on Shockwaves. I can't find any updates on this. Anyone know about Oregon currently on this type firearm?

I live in Springfield Oregon, and the FFL right over by my house just had a Shockwave in stock.
This firearm is 100% legal.
Oregon currently has no restrictions outside of the federal laws on firearms.
But that said make sure you are registered to vote, and encourage others to vote pro 2A. There is a group called " lift every voice Oregon" 
Trying to get a measure on Novembers ballot that if passed would give us the strictest gun laws in the country.
