William, unfortunately this happened to me about a month ago. You will have to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen and they'll help you complete the order over the phone. That's what I had to do. Sorry but hope this helps.
