Trenell, unfortunately the Shield Plus Handgun is not on the CA DOJ Roster. Shame that CA continues it's saga of pricey and restrictive tactics that have discouraged many manufacturers from even trying to add new firearms to the CA Handgun Roster. Cheers and stay safe!
