I asked buds about this item and told me I can't buy it if I'm not LE , weird that it lets you go to check out with out a warning, he said it won't let me finish the transaction if I don't have the credentials , any thoughts ?

Efren, this should be available to everyone, it is not marked 'QP Only'. I just did a mock check out, and it took me all the way to the payment confirmation page, where I had to stop, of course. Just put it in your cart and check out. Good luck.

Efren, as Edward said this is not marked qualified professionals so you should be able to purchase it. I also added it to my cart and had no issue. If for some reason it doesn't let you again I'd call and talk to another person at buds because it's not marked qualified professionals. Sorry you're having issues but hope this helps.
