Richard, yes they will but without the magazine. Colorado has a 15 round limit and this has a 16 round magazine. During checkout buds has a option to remove the magazine but they won't replace it, so you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Buds does offer other versions of this with 10 round magazines if interested. Just type tx22 into buds search and any of the ones with 10 round magazines are legal in Colorado.
