Binyamin, I would double check with your local FFL dealer because I don't think this is legal in new York state. Because if this was for a rifle it has a pistol grip, so it's restricted. If you build it into a pistol it accepts a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip. So either way it's restricted. So I'd contact your local FFL dealer and double check but pretty sure this is a no go. Sorry but hope this helps. Binyamin, yes but, since it is serialized it will require transfer through a local FFL Dealer same as a firearm. Cheers and stay safe!
