Robert, all 38 special, 357 Magnum, 44 Magnum revolvers don't require moon clips. The only revolvers that require Moon clips are semi automatic calibers like 380acp, 9mm, 40 S&W because they are rimless cartridges and the moon clip holds them in place. All 38 special revolvers don't require moon clips. So as long as it's 38 special any revolver you purchase won't require moon clips. Hope this helps.
