You're best bet is to have a gunsmith chop a standard 92FS barrel down and cut the threads. Beretta USA doesn't list a 92 compact threaded barrel on their site. Wilson Combat might be able to do the work also.

No thier is not a Youthreaded barrel on this gun. You can buy a theaded barrel for this gun,
It does not come with a threaded barrel but a good gunsmith could make one for you out of a 92 FS barrel
Yes, there are several company's that make reasonably priced "drop in" threaded barrels (your barrel is 4.25"). (1). http://www.jarvis-custom.com/shop/beretta-pistol-barrels/ - Others are EFK Dragon, Barsto barrels.
