The whole concept of penny auctions and paying for bids seems shady to me! i stay away from things like that. sorry you got screwed

Customer Service won't be able to help. You will need to submit a complaint to the BBB to get some authoritative response from "Upper Management" for resolution. Upper management types are more apt to act when contacted by the BBB.
