Hector, no, you cannot without buying extra parts. You would have to purchase a left handed bolt wich I can't even find a left handed bolt in stock anywhere. Looks like iwi wants you to send them the firearm to convert it into left hand, so don't believe they even sell a conversion bolt separately. I'd just recommend buying a left handed version straight from the factory. Sorry but hope this helps.
