Christopher, yes but without the 16 round magazine. Colorado has a 15 round magazine capacity restriction, so anything over 15 rounds is prohibited. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine but they won't replace it. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Without the 16 round magazine this is perfectly legal in Colorado. Hope this helps.

Josh is correct, they can ship this if they remove the magazines, but Kel-Tec does not make compliant magazines for this pistol. And buds won't ship the magazines to be pinned to 15rds. You'd need to find magazines that are pinned already to be able to use this gun, and that's going to be a tough thing to track down.

Paul pretty much said it all. If you really want this gun, your best bet would be to find a seller who would ship with the magazines, then your FFL can pin them to 10 rounds for you. Have a great day!

Christopher, yes Sir. Buds will ship without the restricted 16rd magazines. A local FFL should be able to acquire some magazines to pin to the 15rd max capacity of CO. That (1) round is ridiculous on CO's part. Cheers and stay safe!
