Could someone tell me if this is a good buy for a 2nd pistol? Being a retired LEO I realize if I am involved in a self defence shooting the PD is going to seize my pistol until everything is settled. Thanks in advance for ant help. Respectfully, Carl Hataway

Carl, yes Sir it is. I own two and they are reliable shooters. After testing, my wife carried one for a couple of years. Cheers and stay safe!

Carl, yes, this would make a fine concealed carry pistol. It's small, light, and reliable. With that said though when choosing a self defense pistol myself I had the same thought. If the PD is going to take it if I do end up using it, why get something that costs alot. I decided on a medium priced sig p365xl. I figured it won't matter if the police department seizes my pistol if I'm not around to pick it up. I owned a sccy for awhile and and my wife also carried it. We did eventually get her something different just for the fact she had trouble racking the slide. They're very reliable pistols though, reliable enough that I would and did trust me and my wife carrying one. Hope this helps and good luck with your decision.
