David, buds will not pin the magazine or ship the Magazine to have it pinned. They would only remove the magazine but not replace it. With that said though even if buds removed the magazine this still wouldn't be compliant in new York state due to the Pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider.
