Aryeh, as for size this is considered compact. Sig has a p320 x compact Wich is slightly smaller than this the p320 x carry. I'd consider this more of a mid sized pistol because it's not quite compact but it's not quite full sized. Hope this helps.

Sig calls this an 'X Carry' which the carry line is considered compact. But its really more of a hybrid like the G19x, or the G45. It has a Full size grip and a compact length barrel/slide.
