Bob, yes, you can. They are interchangeable but if you put the chargers barrel on the PC carbine you're creating a short barreled rifle and would require a $200 tax stamp to be legal. You can legally put the PC carbines barrel on the charger though. They have videos of people adding the carbine barrel to the charger on Google. Just don't add the short barrel to the rifles stock.
