Sean, Bud's will not do any compliant work, including pinning magazines. Bud's will remove the magazines for you, but you would need to get your own compliant magazines. Sorry, but this is Bud's policy.

Sean, buds will not alter a firearm in any way to make it state compliant and buds will not ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant to have somebody work on it. Buds will remove the magazine if that's the only restriction. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Sorry but hope this helps.
