Does anyone know of a cross referance sheet that the RMS red dot manufactures and gun manufactures share, or what red dots other than the three that Springfield offer will fit the PRO without using an adapter plate. I want to keep the co-witness set-up..

Those other 2 answers are Google searches for "what's the best optic for a hellcat" i couldn't find a cross reference sheet but I can tell you.
"ALL Hellcat Pro models will come with a slide cut for mounting a red dot sight that fits the Shield RMSc footprint" that's a direct quote from Springfields website.
There are a few from the linked articles that do not come standard with an RMSC footprint (the RMRcc for instance requires an adapter plate) some of the best options with that footprint are going to be the Holosun 407/507k, The swampfox, the sig Romeo Zero, and Holsun is soon to release their EPS carry (Enclosed pistol optic) which is marketed as having a low profile deck so you can co witness of standard sights, also features an Enclosed emitter, a solar back up, and the RMSC footprint, so it'll mount directly to the Hellcat Pro.
