6.5mm Creedmoor is just slightly larger than .308 Winchester both in length and width. That being said, if that rounds fit without extra effort and the magazine will properly lock into the gun I don't see why it wouldn't work, although you may run into feeding issues. If you have the product already there is no danger in trying it, but if you have yet to buy anything I highly recommend buying a magazine that explicitly states it works with your chosen caliber.
