I checked the Galco website and the don't list the M9 with rail my suggestion is to contact them and ask 1 800 847 2526 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday, MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME or email them at https://www.galcogunleather.com/contact-galco.html

This will fit the M9 with "light Rail" perfectly Randy. My M92 FS (which is identical in size) with a light rail fits perfectly with no loose feeling.

Phil, The M9 and 92FS are virtually the same gun and are the same size. Having a rail cut into the frame shouldn't affect the fit. Putting something on the rail will be another matter.
