No, scope rings are not included but they attach via an 11mm dovetail and rings for that mounting system are not uncommon. Kenneth, no this does not include scope rings. This uses your standard 11mm dovetail rings, 3/8 dovetail rings will also fit. Here's a link to ones I'd recommend.
