Jose, no, atleast not without a different bcg/bolt carrier group specifically made for a short buffer tube. Your average bcg is roughly 7 inches, so a 3.5 inch buffer tube wouldn't be long enough to let the bcg completely cycle. I'd use the link you provided and contact tacfire to see what it would fit. Sorry but hope this helps.
Jose, I would contact TacFire directly. The supply the correct parts in the kit (Guide Rod Assembly and Bolt Carrier Insert to allow proper operation. Cheers and stay safe!
