Simon, yes as of now there are no restrictions on this in Washington state, so it's perfectly legal to own. As of July 1st 2022 Washington is banning high capacity magazines, so any magazine over 10 rounds. So if you plan on buying this do it soon or you will have to have buds remove the magazine. Yes its still legal in Washington, for now but if its something your interested in buy it sooner rather then later, and make sure you vote out the gungrabbers in your state. I'm in Oregon and we are under constant attack by the leftist and their anti-basic human rights agenda. Should also point out that come July your new 10rd magazine restrictions go into place and you'll be unable to purchase this without having the 30rd magazines removed.
