Will this Nikon m308 scope work and fit on a Remington 700 sps tactical .308? Do you recommend this scope for hunting? Also, what is the difference between this one and the BDC reticle? Is that one better?

It will work without issue on the 700 SPS Tactical. You can hunt with it but, I prefer the Nikon w/BDC Reticle. The NP reticle is basically just a thin center crosshair with thicker outer lines. The BDC reticle is calibrated to 308 to 600yds and beyond. Scope quality is the same for both.

Hi Jose, Yes this should fit your .308. It's a not a bad scope from the reviews Ive read. IMO this is better the the BDC scope.

It will work just fine it will be a good hunting scope the BDC reticle has dots on the vertical cross hair to assist with bulled drop at different ranges
