Yes this features a 4150 chrome moly vanadium, heavy-contour, 16-inch barrel is rifled at a 1:8" twist rate, has a 5.56x45mm NATO chamber and is tipped with an A2 flash hider. So as long as you removed the "standard capacity" 30rd magazines, buds will ship this to you in MD, and it is legal. You can separately purchase 10rd magazines. There are some that claim you can purchase 30rd magazines from out of state and bring them into MD but I would research the legality of this before going that route. But the rifle is good to go.
