Peter, if Magazine capacity is the only thing making it restricted yes you can still purchase the firearm. Buds will remove the magazines but they won't replace them. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine, you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately in order to use the firearm. Hope this helps.

Peter, for Qualified Professionals it all depends on your state's laws. Without knowing which state you live, I cannot give a definite answer. Some state's allow LE to have higher capacity magazines. If they are not allowed, Bud's will remove them, but will not replace them. Have a great day!
