Daniel, no, the fixed front and rear sights are integral to the slide, they cannot be replaced.

These sights are not end user replaceable, there is a company called Inovative arms that does custom sight replacement for the Ruger LCP, they are currently backlogged but they have a waiting list, click the link that says " be added to the notify list" https://innovativearms.com/portfolio/sight-upgrade/

No, just like my Berreta 950 Jetfire these sights are part of the slide. What I did was put a white mark on the front sight for my eyes to pick up.
