Why is this shotgun, and any other mossberg shotgun considered illegal in California? The law states you're able to possess a shotgun with a barrel length greater than 18", which this one and all of the others I'm trying to buy are, yet they aren't on the California roster. What makes this weapon non CA compliant?

Aubrey, this Mossberg shockwave is definitely legal in California. People have been having Similar issues where buds website says California compliant models aren't legal in California when they are. Hopefully buds will update their website soon. Until then unfortunately to purchase this you will have to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.
