Robert, this one's not legal in California due to the barrel being under 3 inches. Here's a link to a barkeep that is legal in California, it has a 3.6 inch barrel. Robert, unfortunately no. The revolver must have a barrel of at least 3" and OAL od 7.5". Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
