No, it is not on the roster, and the roster is about to shrink dramatically after the new micro stamping requirements go into effect in July. There are a few cases sitting in wait of review of the Supreme court, trying to overturn some of CAs draconian gun laws, keep on eye on "Duncan V. Bonta", and "New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen" Which if the SCOTUS does its job (uphold the US constitution) could restore many states gun rights, including CA.
