The one marked US was made in the USA. The only difference is production origin as many Glocks are produced in Austria.

Charlie, they're both identical except for the country they were made. The more expensive one with UA is manufactured in the USA. The other one was manufactured in Austria. Normally Austria made Glocks are a little pricier due to shipping costs. So the only reason the USA made version would be more expensive is because buds has fewer of them in stock, so unfortunately price increases. They have more of the Austria made ones so the price is a little cheaper. Some people argue USA made Glocks are better and some say Austria glocks are better but honestly they're both equally good. So if you plan on getting one just grab the cheaper Austria made model and call it day. Hope this helps.
