Yes, This model is legal in NY.

James, unfortunately this model is not legal in new York due to being able to accept a detachable magazine. Any semi automatic shotgun with a detachable magazine is prohibited in new York. If you want a tactical shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same restrictions like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
