Corneilius, no, this one is not legal in Maryland. This one has a medium contour Barrel and in order for it to be legal in Maryland it has to have a heavy barrel. So unfortunately it's not Maryland compliant. Sorry but hope this helps.

Corneilius, unfortunately Diamondback does make a MD compliant AR15.
