I feel like it's already stated, but is this is strictly for 3" and 3 1/2" subcompact 1911 Frames, or would it be able to fit a Commander 4 1/2" w/ Rail?

Braxton, unfortunately this is strictly for 3-3.5 subcompact framed 1911s. This won't fit a 4.5 inch barreled commander 1911. Sorry but hope this helps.
