Paul, it sure does. This model has a decocker above the magazine release on the left side for right handed shooters. If you Google the upc 798681306701 you can find pictures of the left side. Ive been looking into purchasing one of these to replace my sig p365 xl for my concealed carry pistol and from reviews they seem like great pistols. Hope this helps.
