Raymond, this is not new York compliant due to the Pistol grip, threaded barrel and the foregrip. The one James linked to is also not new York compliant due to the Threaded barrel. I'm currently not finding any new York compliant hipoint models of any caliber in stock at buds. Sorry but hope this helps.
