James, I have not used this specific load but have not had any issues in my 10mm Carbines, Pistols whatsoever. PMC makes good ammunition and I have been shooting this very load for many years. Cheers and stay safe!

James, I have not personally used this in a hipoint carbine but have used this brand in alot of calibers and it's always been reliable. So I'm sure you won't have any issues. I'd just start off with one box and if it works well then stock up. If for some reason it doesn't then you know better next time. Hope this helps
