Ron, this unfortunately no as this has the CA restricted features of an Adjustable Stock and Pistol Grip. CA is something else is all I can say. Cheers and stay safe!
Ron, unfortunately since this already has a pistol grip and a collapsible stock it's not legal in California. Sorry but hope this helps.
