Joseph, yes, this includes the crush washer. Warning though I added this to a Savage 10 ba stealth in 6.5 creedmoor and it helped with recoil alot but all the gases come back and hit you. The thump in my chest that this creates was worse than the recoil. I took it off in about 10-15 shots. I ended up getting a ultradyne Pegasus muzzle brake Wich is great.
