The pistol itself is not restricted in Colorado, but the 50rd magazine is banned, Colorado has a 15rd capacity limit, and there are no smaller magazines available at this time.

Brandon, unfortunately no Sir. Buds would ship without the 50rd Magazine but it would be a mute point until Kel-Tec or 2nd party make a CO compliant Magazine. Cheers and stay safe!

Brandon, as others have said this has a 50 round magazine Wich is restricted in Colorado and they don't make smaller magazines for this. So you could have buds remove the magazine, they have an option during checkout to remove the magazine. You could probably get a 50 round magazine pinned to 15 rounds but I'd find a gunsmith that will do so before buying the firearm. Sorry but hope this helps.

Not with the included mag. Buds can remove it to have it shipped without it, You can select that in checkout. As for replacement mags, this uses the same mags as the FN PS90, which does have a 10rd version made of those mags. You can purchase those separately.
