Richard, you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen and they'll honor the advertised price. Since it's memorial day pretty sure buds is closed. So doing as Edward said and buying it now and talking to buds tomorrow to get the difference refunded might be a good idea. Hope this helps.
