Daniel, yes as long as you don't reverse the magazine release to the right side. Gen 3 Magazines are identical to gen 4 magazines except gen 3 mags are only notched for the magazine catch on one side. So if you're a left handed shooter and reverse the magazine catch it won't work. If you haven't reversed the magazine release then gen 3 Magazines will fit and function just fine in a gen 4. Daniel, yes. Note that Gen 3 Magazines only have the magazine catch notch on one side while Gen4 and Gen 5 magazines have dual notches (on both sides) for magazine release reversal. Cheers and stay safe!
