Carl, no, this would have to ship to a FFL dealer/gunshop regardless of the state you live in. Any firearm you would be required to do a background check. Sorry but hope this helps

Carl, unfortunately no Sir. Only most Black Powder Firearms can be shipped directly to your home. This is required by Federal Law to be transferred through an FFL Dealer. Cheers and stay safe!
